The Procurement and Capital Works teams of Te Puna Hanganga, Matihiko would like to invite Past, Present and Future supply partners to join us for us for a ‘change of pace’ Hui & Toamahi with Kai. We are looking to understand your key issues and challenges (share some of ours!) and how we can work together to transform our procurement and delivery approaches to deliver better outcomes.
There will be a short presentation followed by some interactive sessions, where we will explore 5 key focus areas and together Korero to identify process and value improvements to benefit our Partnerships
We are holding 4 Hui. Two in Auckland and two in Tai Tokerau. Those in Auckland will be split, one being for construction and related partners and subcontractors and the other for our services and professional services partners. In Tai Tokerau we will hold one Hui in Kerikeri and a second in Whangarei where all construction related disciplines are invited to attend.
