Tender Description
The Strathbogie Shire Council invites tender submissions from suitably qualified and experienced roofing contractors for the Strathbogie Memorial Hall Roof upgrade located at 3666/29 Main St, Strathbogie VIC 3666.
The current roof is of poor condition due to ageing and leaking which is causing damage to internal areas of the building. For this reason, is required to provide an upgrade that may include:
- Remove and replace existing Colourbond roof.
- Remove and replace existing gutters.
- Remove and replace existing barge board to gable end in Colourbond
Tenders will be received until 4pm (AEST) WEDNESDAY 14 September 2022.
Strathbogie Township is approximately 20 minutes drive from Euroa (Hume Hwy) via the Euroa-Strathbogie Road, 13 minutes from Gooram on the Galls Gap Road, or 47 minutes from Yea via the Maroondah Hwy and Merton-Strathbogie Road.
