Sydney Christmas Photo Booth Activation

⁠⁠⁠The Council of the City of Sydney ("the City") invites Expressions of Interest for the carrying out of a Christmas-themed photo booth activation for the 2022 Sydney Christmas suite of events in accordance with this request.
Since 1971, the Martin Place Christmas Tree has been the centrepiece of Sydney Christmas. Over the years Sydney Christmas has expanded and evolved into a series of programs and events delivered over the festive period in the lead-up to Christmas. This includes the Christmas in the City event, roving choirs, musicians and performers in the CBD, six Christmas Village Concerts, plus an extensive decorative program of Christmas trees and decorations.

To further enliven Martin Place during the Christmas period, the City seeks a Service Provider to supply a turnkey, managed photo booth activation so that children and their families can have their photos taken with Santa and create a memorable festive experience.

The City is committed to creating opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander owned businesses. The City encourages First Nations People businesses, Local SME, Start-ups as well as social enterprises (including Cooperatives) to work with us and respond to this opportunity.
