Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Council is seeking submissions from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to deliver the supply (hire only), installation and dismantling of Christmas decorations and lighting across various locations within the Woollahra LGA including Council Chambers and multiple sites in Double Bay, Paddington, Woollahra, Rose Bay, Vaucluse, Watsons Bay and Bellevue Hill.

The contract spans for four consecutive Christmas seasons (2026/2027, 2027/2028, 2028/2029 and 2029/2030), with the objective of delivering high-quality, cohesive and visually appealing festive displays in accordance with Council’s specifications.
