Tender Description
Yarriambiack Shire Council are seeking a suitable contractor(s) to undertake all works associated with the design and construction of a synthetic playing surface at the Woomelang Bowling Club.
The Woomelang Bowling Club currently has a grass playing surface which through a design and construction method will be converted to a new World Bowls Approved Synthetic Bowling Green Playing Surface.
The new synthetic playing surface is to be constructed on the existing grass bowling green footprint which measures 38m x 34m.
The successful contractor will need to ensure that the new synthetic bowling green is built in accordance and complies with the Guidelines of Bowls Australia, Laws of the Sports of Bowls v3.2 and relevant Australian Standards.
The successful contractor will also be responsible for the demolition, removal and disposal of the existing grass bowling green and any materials that are unsuitable to be re-used.
All tenderers must undertake a mandatory site visit. Two date options are available, please refer to Item 3, Part 1 (Conditions of Participation) for further details of these dates. Your intention to attend either of these dates must be conveyed to the Project Manager, whose contact details are also detailed at Item 3, Part 1 (Conditions of Participation).
