Level 2 Inspection Services for Parks Victoria Significant Built Assets

Parks Victoria (PV) currently has more than 48,000 built assets across the entire estate. The diverse nature and complexity of built assets within PV’s estate and the competing demand for investments necessitates a process to prioritise built asset management activities and investments.

This procurement activity is for the engagement of capable Tenderer(s) to undertake Level 2 Inspection Services on the following assets below:

Core assets (mandatory)

• elevated structure (bridges, major culverts, viewing towers, and raised lookouts);

Non-core assets (optional, not mandatory)

• piers and jetties;
• electrical; and
• basic structures.

The core assets make up a vast majority of the opportunity. The non-core assets are optional and are not mandated to be delivered by the Tenderer. No Tenderer(s) will be disadvantaged in the evaluation process by their inability to provide any non-core assets.
