Project Scope: Events Pavilion Schematic and Detailed Design and Construction Tender Documentation
Sovereign Hill is in an exciting phase of rapid transformational change as it delivers its bold new Master Plan. This Master Plan delivers a number of staged projects.
This project will progress existing concept designs into schematic designs then detailed designs. At the completion and sign off of detailed designs a construction tender package will be prepared by the service provider. Sovereign Hill will appoint a Quantity Surveyor (QS) directly to work with the successful tenderer to price check the proposal at the end of schematic design and detailed design phases.
The project has a fixed budget of $3,700,000 which includes all consultancies, fees, permits, construction and fit-out of loose furnishings etc.
