Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠This project involves the internal and external refurbishment of the School of Survivability and Ship Safety at the Jervis Bay Range Facility, ACT.

Scope tasks include :

the structural repair and replacement of roofing,
gutters and downpipes,
repair/replacement of doors,
installation of screen doors,
refurbishment of both student/staff male and female ablutions,
electrical upgrades,
preparation and repainting of existing painted surfaces,
upgrade of window coverings,
replacement of carpet,
external repairs and maintenance to external brickwork and roof structure,
upgrade security system and
installation of required signage.
