Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The scope of works of this project involves building refurbishment works.

Works include the replacement of distribution boards, emergency lights, general lights, residual current devices, and power.

Scope also calls for the repair and repaint of internal walls, ceilings and surfaces, refurbishment of the kitchen in the Junior Sailors Room, replacement of vinyl in the west stairwell, replacement of split systems, exhaust fans, exhaust systems, cool room and removal of redundant Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning units.
