Tender Description
The Council of the City of Sydney ("City") invites tenders for the carrying out of the construction, installation, and deinstallation of Illuminated Plinths for Sydney Lunar Festival ("Festival") in accordance with this Request for Tender.
Tenderers must submit tenders in the manner required by this document.
Summary of Services:
The City is seeking a suitably experienced Service Provider to carry out the following
- Construction, installation, and deinstallation of a minimum of 12 Illuminated Plinths for the 2023 Festival
- Installation and deinstallation of two (2) existing Illuminated Plinths for the 2023 Festival (these plinths will be provided to the Service Provider by the City)
- Installation and deinstallation of 14 Illuminated Plinths for the 2024 Festival and
- Installation and deinstallation of 14 Illuminated Plinths for the 2025 Festival.
