Bendigo Kangan Institute is seeking to engage a cleaning contractor to perform cleaning services, waste, sanitary, pest control and supply of consumable products. across its Metropolitan and Regional sites. Services required may be of a scheduled nature, day, night cleaning, emergency cleaning. It shall be the responsibility of the cleaning Contractor to supply all necessary tools and equipment to perform the work as requested. The Contractor shall be responsible for obtaining such supplies and materials.

The Contract will remain in effect for three years from the date of award. Upon the mutual agreement of both parties, the Service Contract may be renewed in one-year increments at the rates submitted in the proposal for a total period not to exceed two (2) years.

BKI welcomes submission from both metropolitian and regional suppliers, and joint submissions. Submissions can be for the following;

• Metro only
• Regional only
• Metro and Regional combined
