DetailsThe Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley (hereafter referred to as the Principal or Shire) is calling for tenders for design and construct of aquatic facilities, including the modification of the existing pool structure (if feasible), demolition of existing facilities as required, renovation/upgrade of existing structures and the construction of new facilities and a 50m swimming pool at the Kununurra Leisure Centre (hereafter referred to as the "Project" or "KLC Aquatic Redevelopment - Stage 1") and as detailed further within the Request for Tender (RFT) document.
In any instance, the final proposed and agreed design and construction methodology forms an integral part of the scope for the successful Tenderer.
