Design Services, Landscape Facilities, Australian Light Horse Memorial Park

⁠⁠⁠Mitchell Shire Council (MSC) is seeking submissions from suitable consultants to deliver the detailed design documentation and professional services for landscape facility upgrades and improvements at Australian Light Horse Memorial Park (the Park) in Seymour.

This Project has been made possible through combined funding from MSC and Regional Development Victoria’s Regional Tourism Investment Fund (RTIF) and is subject to funding agreement timelines.

The construction budget for the landscape facility upgrades and improvements is $200,000 excluding access road and car park capacity upgrades, project management costs, consultancy fees and a contingency allowance. The design documentation will need to be scoped to meet this construction budget. Construction works will need to be completed by 30 June 2023
