Tender Description
VHBA is seeking an appropriately qualified and experienced consultant to provide engineering advisory services to VHBA for the New Melton Hospital PPP Project across the entire tender process as well as the delivery and operating stages (for up to the first 15 months post Commercial Acceptance).
The role broadly encompasses the following:
- Provide advice as it relates to the Project and its delivery from brief preparation through to tender, design, construction, completion, commissioning and initial operations.
- Assist in the preparation of the Request for Proposal (RFP) and the evaluation of proposals in line with the National PPP Guidelines and Partnerships Victoria requirements.
- Liaise closely with other advisers and team members to ensure coordinated advice and overall documentation.
