The scope of works in this contract includes the following:
- Demolition of existing sports pavilion.
- Construction of new single-level pavilion.
- Demolition and Construction of new car park and access road (Tender Option).
- Demolition of storage shed and construction of new storage building adjacent to the athletics track (Tender Option).
All works shall be completed in accordance with the documents provided .
