Tender Description
Through this Invitation to Offer, Council seeks to engage a suitably experienced and qualified Principal Contractor (PC) to undertake the redevelopment works of the Woodgate Hall amenities.
The Community Hall is to expected to remain operational for users for the durations of Contract. Council will provide alternative temporary amenities for use by Hall users.
