Tender Description
The Corporation of the City of Unley ABN 63 714 797 082 (The Council) seeks an experienced Contractor to undertake new stormwater pipe construction works through an easement off Wilson Ave, and continuing underground along Dunrobin St to Hartland Ave, Black Forest
The scope of the works are shown on the attached drawings and include, but are not limited to:
- All traffic and pedestrian management
- Liaison with affected residents to obtain access and undertake the works
- Services will be located prior to construction (underway in August 2022) however the contractor is required to confirm their location on site to confirm and protect during construction
- Undertake an Arborists Report to assess and minimise the impact on all existing vegetation and trees
- Undertake Dilapidation Surveys of Structures prior to and post construction
- Demolish/excavate/remove existing redundant stormwater pipes and pits as necessary
- Construction of new stormwater pipes, pits and junctions, including benching, backfilling, compaction and reinstatement as required.
- Reinstate as required including kerb, footpath paving, and road on Dunrobin St, noting that the kerbing will be reconstructed in full following completion of the works so only temporary reinstatement may be acceptable
- Tidy up and make good site,
- Provide As Constructed information to Council
