The Carrum Cafe has been constructed as part of the Level Crossing Removals Project. The Project has brought the significant redevelopment of the Carrum retail precinct and the creation of a new public park leading from the Carrum railway station to the beach.

The development of the public space has been designed as a gathering place for the community bookended by the new cafe and the lifesaving club.

On offer is up to 10 years including options to be nominated by the prospective lease, in a custom-built premises designed for all year-round operations.
