Tender Description
Council currently installs around one to two toilet facilities annually.
We are seeking information from potential suppliers and manufacturers to determine the best fit-for-purpose solution to construct new or replace existing toilet facilities such as those at Awamoa and Bushy Beach.
Council has a plan to continually add, upgrade or replace toilet facilities extending over a number of years. See the 'Plan for Public Toilets and Dump Stations 2018-2028' on the Council website. The frequency of delivery is dependent on many factors including serviceability of existing units, compliance criteria, public demand and cost and availability of funds.
As part of this process Council will, from time to time, engage with suppliers to ensure that we are on the right track in terms of delivering the correct product at the best value, taking into account individual site requirements such as the ecology, availability of water and sewer lines, power and public needs.
Please note: This RFI is primarily a means of updating our database to include those who may be interested in expressing a general interest for consideration for future projects.
In the interests of standardisation this exercise will not be repeated for every new facility constructed so it is important that we have your response at hand when considering any future projects.
