Tender Description

Amentum Global Services - Australia Pty Ltd (Amentum) is issuing this Request for Tender (RFT) to suitably qualified organisations to provide a proposal for the full renovation of six (6) townhouses in the Alice Springs area.

Some of the tasks will include but not limited too:

- Complete renovation of all internal rooms

- Painting of external doors and eaves

- Replacing all internal fencing including PA gate

- Certificate of Compliance and Permit Occupy.

There will be a Non-Compulsory Site Walk conducted on Tuesday 9th August, 2022 @3pm (Alice Springs time) at site.

Request for Information will close Tuesday 30th August, 2022.

The closing date for this tender is 3pm 6th September, 2022.
