Our Organisation “the Health Service”
Colac Area Health (CAH), the Health Service, meets the needs of more than 30,000 people in the Corangamite, Colac Otway, and Surf Coast Shires. It is a unique, integrated Health Service encompassing Aged Care, Hospital Care, Community Care and many other services. Key Objectives of the Request for Tender for HVAC, including Chillers and Boilers “the Services”
- Preparatory Asset Audit including a condition report, replacement report, application of Asset ID and Service stickers, from which quoted replacement works will follow
- Scheduled Inspection and Maintenance Service (planned/reactive) of "the Services" and associated assets
- 24hr Break-down/fault-finding services for "the Services" and associated assets
- Repairs / replacements / minor works / other services, as required
- All quotations will be calculated on Tenderer’s schedule of rates within the executed contract.
- For all works up to the value of $10,000; the Successful Tenderer will be considered the exclusive provider.
- For all works above the value of $10,000; the Health Service reserves the right to obtain alternative quotations from other parties.
Contract Award
The term of the contract will be 3 years, with a 2 year extension clause.
The intention of The Health Service is to award all Goods and/or Services to one Tenderer.
