⁠⁠⁠Description: Council invites suitably qualified Civil / Landscape Contractors to submit a tender for the construction of a new Town Park at 4 Guess Avenue, Wolli Creek

The works include but are not limited to the following;

A multi-use court featuring 2 basketball hoops, line markings for other ball games, a table tennis table and outdoor gym station
A fenced playspace including nature play and multi sail shade structure
Open grassed area for informal play and recreation
Picnic shelter with 2 picnic tables
Entry stairs, access paths, park lighting, signage and seating throughout the park
A variety of shade, habitat trees and understorey plantings throughout the park including planted drainage swales
and all other works as mentioned in the Request for Tender Documents issued.

A pre-tender site inspection will be made available at 10:30am, Wednesday 2 August 2022
