Tender Description
Tamworth Regional Council (TRC) is seeking tenders from suitably qualified contractors for Tender No. T042/2023, Construction of the Tamworth BMX Track Upgrade. This tender is a Quality Assurance contract with method of payment being Lump Sum.
The work includes (but is not limited to), construction of site services, stormwater drainage, and the upgrade of the track, in accordance with provided designs and industry best standards. The track is located within the Tamworth CBD.
Tenders close 11.00am AEST Thursday 18 August 2002. The project must be practically complete by 9 December 2022.
Council is not bound to accept the lowest or any tender and any Tenderer who directly or indirectly canvasses support from an elected member or servant of the Council will be disqualified.
