Tender Description
Council is seeking suitably qualified and experienced parties to tender for Cleaning services at multiple Council Facilities. Council invites respondents to tender for the cleaning contract for individual sites or collectively tender for multiple sites.
1.2 Facilities
Bundaberg Library is located at 49 Woondooma Street, Bundaberg and has a floor area approximately 1,750m2. The venue is available for cleaning Monday to Saturday between the hours of 6.30 p.m. and 8:00 am.
Moncrieff Entertainment Centre is located at 177 Bourbong Street, Bundaberg and has a functional floor area of approximately 1500m2. The venue is available for cleaning 7 days a week between the hours of 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 am.
Fairymead House is located at Thornhill Street, Bundaberg North and has a floor area approximately 600m2. The venue is available for cleaning Monday, Wednesday and Friday between the hours of 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 am.
Hinkler Hall of Aviation is located at 6 Mt Perry Road, Bundaberg North and has a floor area approximately 1100m2. The venue is available for cleaning Monday, Wednesday and Friday between the hours of 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 am.
The Bundaberg Regional Airport is located Airport Dr, Bundaberg the areas to be cleaned include all areas within the Terminal (except the interior of Airline Offices and interior of the cafeteria) as well as areas within hangar H161 (corridor, lunch room and three (3) toilets) and a standalone toilet block (2 toilets). The facility is available for cleaning between the hours of 5:00am and 6:00pm
The Bundaberg Ag Hub is located at 160 Hughes Rd, Bargara and has a floor area approximately 2,900m2. The venue is available for cleaning daily between the hours of 5:00pm and 8:00pm
