Tender Description
This Request for Proposal ("RFP") is made by the University of Technology, Sydney (UTS) for the provision of a planning consultant to provide planning services in relation to UTS Tech Lab which currently occupies Blocks B and C at 28-40 Lord Street Botany Tech Lab.
Whilst the UTS Property Unit will provide guidance, the Planning Consultant will be expected to prepare briefs, manage sub consultants, identify planning risks, prepare and project manage planning applications, identify pathway options and provide statutory planning advice to UTS as required.
