Management of Affordable Rental Housing

⁠⁠⁠Council is seeking Tenders from Tier 1 Community Housing Providers (CHPs) under the National Regulatory System for Community Housing for Management of Affordable Rental Housing. The successful provider will be responsible for tenancy and property management of Willoughby City Council's affordable rental housing dwellings.

The successful Provider will be a key partner of Council in achievement of Council's Affordable Housing Strategy, which aims to increase affordable rental housing for moderate-income key and essential worker households in order to maintain a liveable and prosperous City.

A pre-tender meeting will be held online, commencing 11am on 3 August, 2022. All prospective Tenderers are advised to attend the pre-tender meeting.

Tenders are to be submitted online on the etender Website - OR - within a sealed envelope endorsed:
"The Chief Executive Officer - Management of Affordable Rental Housing"
and shall be placed in the Tender Box located on the ground floor, 31 Victor Street, Chatswood 2067, so as to be received in full prior to: 11am Wednesday 17 August, 2022.

Tenders received after the closing time will not be considered.
