Tender Description
Overview
Transport for NSW (TfNSW) is seeking responses from suitably qualified suppliers for the provision of supplier secondees to support property acquisition and related advisory activities.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Provision of one or more supplier secondees to support property acquisition activities across major infrastructure projects, working under the direction and supervision of TfNSW
- Property acquisition case management
- Stakeholder and landowner engagement
- Negotiation support
- Valuation coordination
- Due diligence
- Reporting
- Governance
- Records management
- Compulsory acquisition processes
Contractor Requirements
- Ability to provide suitably qualified and experienced personnel with the capacity to be mobilised and deployed in accordance with TfNSW's requirements throughout the contract term
- Capability to mobilise resources within required timeframes
- Capability to maintain continuity of service throughout the contract term
- Compliance with TfNSW onboarding, security, and background screening requirements
