Tourism WA wishes to seek proposals from individuals and organisations to deliver a new major food and wine event in the South West region of Western Australia.

Respondents that are interested in taking part in a Request for Proposal (RFP) process relating to a South West Food and Wine Event, are required to respond to this EOI to register interest and sign a Confidentiality Deed Poll before they are provided the RFP.

The RFP will provide specification details regarding Tourism WA’s requirements, expectations and objectives for the project in a framework which each Respondent to the RFP, will be required to utilise to detail its proposals for the delivery of the event including its financial operating model. The RFP will provide details of how and when to make a submission, how proposals will be assessed and how the proposed contract will be awarded. Terms and conditions governing the selection process and the award of the proposed contract will also be included.

Respondents can submit an EOI anytime up to the Closing Time, however the RFP will only be made available to Respondents, who have signed the Confidentiality Deed Poll, from 29 July 2022. Tourism WA encourages Respondents to Respond to the EOI as soon as possible.
