Tender Description
Chisholm Institute is intending to implement Stage 1 of the Dandenong Redevelopment Project to provide expanded TAFE & Education services to the region.
The project includes:
- Demolition of existing buildings
- Construction of a new plumbing exam centre
- Refurbishment of existing building shell into office space accommodation
- Landscaping works
Chisholm will conduct a Select Tender process utilising the Construction Supplier Register for the works packages
Works are anticipated to be complete mid 2023
