Tender Description
Portfolio Delivery Unit of the Department of Education (DoE) has invited you to submit a competitive fee proposal in response to the Terms of Reference in respect of the above.
A Terms of Reference (TOR), Facilities Brief and associated documentation can be obtained by contacting the Project Contact Jack Lavers and requesting this.
Please note the following:
- you should address the assessment criteria in your response to the non-price criteria in the Terms of Reference;
- your responses to non-price and price criteria are to be provided in separate documents and marked accordingly.
A mandatory site inspection is required. This will be held in the first week of tender release at Buderim Mtn SS. The date and time for this inspection will be 25/07/2022 at 10:00am
