Dunedin City Council (DCC) has a requirement to effectively manage and deliver contracts and projects. A Contract Management and Project Management Software Solution is required to help us achieve this. We are seeking a suitable supplier(s) to deliver a Contract and Project Management Software Solution.
We want to partner with a provider(s) to deliver not just a Contract and Project Management System, but to provide an overall solution, including support in implementation and ongoing technical support. It is essential that the solution meets DCC’s functional requirements. If your solution does not meet the minimum functional requirements set out in the attached documents, then you would not benefit in responding to this RoI
We want to partner with one supplier to deliver a Contract and Project Management Solution. However, if it becomes apparent that there is not one provider who can meet both Contract Management and Project Management functional requirements, then the DCC may award contracts to two suppliers (one for a Contract Management Solution, and one for a Project Management Solution) at its discretion.
Respondents may bid for:
• A Contract and Project Management Solution, or
• A Contract Management Solution only, or
• A Project Management Solution only.
