Tender Description
CJ Arms P/L, in conjunction with Greater Western Water, invites suitably qualified contractors to tender for the following contract:
Construction of 490m of 300mm dia and 341m of 375mm dia Branch sewer as part of the Scenic Botanica estate for Ecosse Property Holdings P/L, within the City of Melton. Contractors must be accredited with Greater Western Water for the supply of works and services in Categories SC2 – Branch / Main Sewer > 280 dia and SC7 – Any Live Sewer Works.
If not accredited in the required categories, a tender can still be submitted but the required accreditation categories must be held prior to the contract being signed. The tender process will be less time consuming if tenderers are already accredited.
