Tender Description
Bendigo TAFE is seeking to engage a Licensed plumbing contractor to perform servicing, repairs and maintenance across its Regional facilities. Services required may be of a scheduled nature, general repairs, or emergency repairs including out of hours emergencies.
The value of this service agreement is valued at between $45,000 and $55,,000 annually.
The Plumbing maintenance includes the planned and reactive servicing of the following:
- Sanitary fixtures and fittings
- Internal fixtures and fittings
- Roof and gutter maintenance
- Campus stormwater drains
- Sewer network
- Gas labs and equipment
- Backflow Prevention servicing and repairs
- Temperature Limiting Devices (where fitted)
- Rainwater Supply systems servicing and maintenance
