Tender Description
Tenders are invited for the DEMOLITION AND CONSTRUCTION OF THE BAROOGA RECREATION RESERVE NETBALL COURTS as detailed in the attached specification, the drawings included in Volume 3 of the document and the schedules in Volume 4 of the document.
SCOPE:
This is a Construction Project where the successful Tenderer shall:
- Demolish and dispose of the existing netball courts;
- Demolish and dispose of brick wall;
- Removal and Storage of fence section as per drawings;
- Cut and Fill earthworks to the appropriate levels;
- Supply and install sub-soil drainage;
- Supply and install all drainage pipes required as per the approved plans;
- Supply & Install 2 x new netball courts consisting of a new concrete slabs;
- Supply & Install Goal post and footing
- Clean up work site and dispose of excess material to agreed land fill.
