Tender Description
Council wishes to seek quotations from suitable companies that are experienced in providing project management services for the management of the construction the Windy 1100 residential subdivision. This subdivision site is owned by Council and is located in the suburb of Windradyne, Bathurst. Council is responsible for achieving Development Consent and Construction Certificate Approval.
Project management services shall include:
* The management and implementation of Work Health and Safety requirements
* the management and implementation of Erosion, Sedimentation and Environmental controls
* Ensure that Construction of works are in accordance with approved Engineering Plans, Specifications and Bathurst Regional Council Engineering Guidelines.
* Regular quality inspections and ensure defects are rectified
* Ensure that regulatory inspections as required by Construction Certificate take place
* Ensure that documentation as required to be provided by Construction Contractor to meet requirements of Construction Certificate conditions is received accurately and in a timely manner
* Ensure that the Construction Contractor manages the process for obtaining Subdivision Certificate from Council
* Assessment of Progress Payments for the Contractor and presentation to the Principal for payment
* Preparation of notices as required for management of the Contract to be issued by the Principal in accordance with AS2124 General Conditions of Contract
* Other items as directed by the Principal
