Port Authority of New South Wales (Port Authority) owns and operates the Moores Wharf facility at 4 Towns Place, Barangaroo. The Moores Wharf facility functions as a base for Port Authority's marine operations on Sydney Harbour. This Tender is to improve the wave climate inside the facility by installing a wave baffle on the Tug Jetty.
