CW 2020/21 Gladysdale Primary School – CONSTRUCTION WORKS

⁠⁠⁠This is an Advanced Tender Notice to receive notification from parties interested in tendering for the project. Please note that this advance tender notice is not the actual tender. No tender documentation is provided at this stage.

Project Summary
The Victorian School Building Authority is intending to release a Request for Tender in September 2022 for the Demolition and construction of new Admin Block in Gladysdale primary School located at 550 Little Yarra Rd, Gladysdale VIC 3797. The project will include Demolition of existing admin & new admin block, associated landscape works, refurbishment of existing amenity, minor refurbishment to the BER & STEM, new DDA parking and upgrade of existing fire infracstructure. The project will require construct only of the scope as defined.

All respondents will need to have a current CSR Registration under the category New Commercial Construction Prequalification level amount no less than $2,000,000.

A separate Request for Tender (RFT) will be issued. It is expected that approximately four tenderers will be invited. The VSBA will make a decision on which firms are to be invited to submit a tender, based on the firm’s experience, capability and capacity to undertake the work in the required timeframe, and past performance.

The Victorian School Building Authority reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to directly approach CSR registered entities under the above mentioned prequalification category to invite them to express interest in tendering for this project in the event that inappropriate and/or insufficient interest is received from parties by the date of closing of responses to this Advance Tender Notice
