Tender Description
The City of Hobart is planning to replace the concourse tiles to the pool deck cafe foyer area, 50m pool deck and dive pool deck at the Doone Kennedy Hobart Aquatic Centre (DKHAC).
The CoH has decided that the entire facility shall remain open during normal operating hours, resulting in the need to divide the work areas in to sections, with each section to be 100% complete before proceeding to the next section. This arrangement will allow for 3
sides of both the 50m and dive pools to remain open, allowing for pool operations to be maintained at all times.
