Tender Description
Spatial Services, a unit of the Department of Customer Service, is a NSW Government agency that is responsible for a wide range of services including valuation, surveying and other spatial information.
Spatial Services is the lead division for this project, the Branch within the business owning responsibility is Cadastral Spatial Operations.
LandXML is currently being used and captured in NSW for ePlan purposes and to improve a range of business processes for spatial and titling data. Spatial Services has been undertaking a project to digitally capture NSW survey plans into LandXML and Geopackage- format for use in existing spatial data processes.
This RFP is to continue the back capture of Crown Plans, DA Plans, Pre-Lodgement, Community Plans and Stratum Plans, Easement Plans and Existing Deposited/ Strata Plans, in addition to ongoing newly registered Plans, Proposed Plans and Survey Sketch Plans into a digital format.
