Tender Description
Cloncurry Shire Council invites Tenderers to submit a tender to provide Council with Cleaning Services, for the many properties and facilities it owns or operates. The tenders for the provision of Cleaning Services are to ensure Council has rapid access to quality labour and services in a timely manner and at cost effective and competitive prices.
This tender is for cleaning services for Service Package 1 and Service Package 2 as described in more detail in Scope of Cleaning Services document. The site locations contained in these Service Packages are limited to the following Council buildings/facilities:
Service Package 1:
- Bob McDonald Library
- Dr David Harvey-Sutton Art Gallery
- Service Package 2:
- John Flynn Place and External Office
The term of this arrangement will be for a period of one (1) year with an Option for an additional 2 x (1) year extensions.
