Provision of Salary Packaging and Employee Novated Vehicle Leasing Services

⁠⁠⁠Mildura Base Public Hospital are seeking to fully outsource all salary packaging services to a suitably qualified and experienced service provider.

The successful registrant will provide Salary Packaging and associated benefits, Living Expense and Meal Entertainment cards and access by staff to a range of Automotive Novated Leasing options. This includes the processing of payment of benefits payable on behalf of eligible employees pursuant to employment arrangements that have been entered into between the staff member and MBPH.

The successful Registrant will be required to start the full service delivery from September 2022 The successful Registrant will be required to submit a proposed transition plan which must include resources allocated, test plan to work with various payroll departments and communications plan which must including FAQ.

The successful Registrant must work with the incumbent supplier regarding transition and provide necessary support where required to ensure that all balances are fully reconciled.
