Tender Description
The purpose of this Contract is for Council to engage the services of a suitably qualified and experienced Consultant with the necessary resources to provide a building condition assessment for 222 Council buildings. Buildings include community centres, leisure centres, libraries, kindergartens, childcare centres, sports pavilions and public toilets.
