This Invitation to Register Interest is in respect of the provision of Technology Delivery Program Package Two (CRM) to be procured by WSA.
The high-level scope covers Sales and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) in a variety of different market areas, relevant to an airport, including, property, retail, cargo, airline and duty free.
The purpose of this Invitation for Registration is to provide the opportunity for bona fide Interested Parties to register for the receipt of Request for Proposal documentation for Technology Delivery Program (TDP) Package One for Western Sydney International.
WSA will procure the Airport Systems by carrying out a two-stage competitive process consisting of:
• This Open Registration of Interest stage
• A Request for Proposal stage, including Interactive Sessions.
Registrations close Wednesday 5 July 2022 at 3:00pm (AEST)
