Women’s Leadership Development Programs

⁠⁠⁠A Panel of providers is required to continue the initial work supporting women’s leadership development to provide programs aligned to the specific needs of the different ranks and levels.

The scope of services is as follows:

• design, in consultation with Victoria Police leadership development personnel, women’s leadership development programs of varying lengths and formats, aligned to the development needs of women at a range of ranks and levels of the organisation;
• deliver these programs, either solely or in conjunction with Victoria Police facilitators, to participants identified by Victoria Police;
• deliver programs both in room face to face and virtually using various blended learning elements;
• design/provide relevant learning support materials including pre- program surveys and assessments, reading and pre learn material; and
• recommend and administer relevant participant self or 360 assessment tools.

The scope also includes:

• Modifying program content in consultation with Victoria Police leadership development personnel as required.
