Mambourin East Branch Sewer

Spiire Australia in conjunction with Greater Western Water, invites suitably qualified contractors to tender for the following contract:

Construction of approximately 545m of 300mm diameter PP sewer main and associated structures within the Mambourin Estate Development, Mambourin, on Black Forest Road, within the City of Wyndham on behalf of Frasers Property Australia. Contractors must be accredited with Greater Western Water for the supply of works and services in Category SC1 (Reticulation/Branch Sewer ≤ DN280 or ≤ 5m in depth), Category SC2 (Branch/Main Sewers > DN 280 or Sewer Reticulation > 5m in depth) and SC7 (Any Live Sewer Works)

If not accredited in the required category(ies), a tender can still be submitted but the required accreditation categories must be held prior to the contract being signed. The tender process will be less time consuming if tenderers are already accredited.
