Tender Description
Rio Tinto requires a supplier for off-site fabrication and supply of structural steel fixed plant assets; such as conveyor modules, elevated truss sections, transfer towers, chutes, stacker and shiploader booms, pump stations, general structural steel and other complex structures.
Materials ranges from painted mild steel with high quality paint specification to 316L stainless steel and SAF2205. Fabricated sections ranges from 5T - 30T and overall lengths up to 40m. Overlength and oversize items require transport to site in Carnarvon/Pilbara (permits/escort required).
Some fabricated steel work will require pre-assembly and fit out prior to leaving the workshop.
