Tender Description
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Delivery Manager with agile expertise to coach and uplift team capability in delivering a key project. You will join the Spatial Enablement Section, in the Data and Analytics Office and engage with business experts to redevelop an existing web-based geographic information system (GIS) to meet clear business needs and objectives.
This role involves:
- Managing the project through effective planning to achieve deliverables.
- Maturing agile processes, procedures, and transfer of knowledge to existing staff.
- Producing technical documents for record management along the project delivery lifecycle.
- Ensuring all key stakeholders are motivated, collaborating and working well.
- Managing and escalating risks, collaborating with stakeholders to mitigate and proactively resolve issues.
- Building, developing, and sustaining stakeholder relationships including attending workshops and delivering presentations to business areas and senior executives.
- Facilitating team meetings to include stand-up and sprint planning.
- Implementing and managing project work plans in Azure DevOps/KANBAN.
