Tender Description
The objective is to provide enhanced visitor experiences with improvements to visitor amenity on the island. To implement initiatives outlined in Rottnest Island Management Plan RIMP 2020-24, the replacement of aging decking to corner of Sommerville Drive and Maley St East is required.
The scope of works associated with this design and construct contract is the finalization of design, demolition and disposal and construction of new timber decking and supporting landscaping to as described in the RFT Documents.
