Tender Description
Queanbeyan-Palerang Regional Council (QPRC) has engaged SMEC Australia Pty Ltd (SMEC) to provide remediation design and contract administration of three embankment slope sites containing localised land slips along Araluen Road, Araluen NSW.
The remediation design has been largely completed (currently under final review) and QPRC are now seeking an appropriate contractor to carry out the remediation construction works in accordance with the Request For Tender documents (inc. Tender drawings), and TfNSW specifications included within this tender request.
The relevant Review of Environmental Factors (REF) report and Geotechnical Factual Report are also attached to assist in the preparation of the Contractor's proposal.
Note: The 'Safety in Design' report will be submitted as an Addendum at a later date during the Tender.
