Request for Early Contractor Involvement Services for the Construction of Common Ground Mandurah

⁠⁠⁠The Department of Communities is seeking to identify a suitable contractor for the construction of the Mandurah Common Ground facility via a Request for Tender (RFT) for Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) Services. Mandurah Common Ground will be a five-storey mixed use/residential facility and consist of 50 self-contained apartments, communal areas, office, commercial and retail spaces.

Feedback is sought on the attached RFT and ECI agreement at an industry briefing session to take place as per the below details:
